Holiday Ideas doe someone who loved Lake Bled

Went with the girlfriend to Lake Bled/Bohinj in Slovenia last year and I absolutly fell in love with the country. I really want to go back, but the girlfriend has insisted we cant go back for a few years:(. Any ideas of where in Europe is just as pretty with as much to do?? Cheers
