    Hello, i just need some advice as i have recently started the StrongLifts 5×5 Program. I have to start collage for ten weeks on Tuesday and will be living in athlone, and i am wondern about the collage gym or even gym's around Athlone. I just want to no if there is gym's that have free weights for doing squats, deadlifts, bench's, OH press, bent over rows and workouts like this. I am also wondern if there isnt and free weights like this, would it be a bad idea to start using machines while im in collage and then go back to the StrongLifts 5×5 Program after i have my ten weeks done.

    Any help greatly appreciated

    The gym in Athlone IT has sufficient free weights to meet the requirements of SL's 5x5 programme
