    Hi all,
Got this old amp to connect to turntable and computer to convert vinyl to mp3s on computer.

When I plugged it into the mains there was a single small spark with the little noise that you would expect from it. The spark was located inside at the left back of the machine very close to where there are 3 lower voltage outlets.
I guess something has blown. Could it possibly be just a fuse of some sort or would it be a power pack/voltage converter or something?

The old turntable is strugling to turn at the moment but I think it just needs a service, that too is a 70s pioneer and hasn't been used for at least 15 years.

Would appreciate any thoughts you may have.
    Thanks for reading.
