speed limit outside Heuston station

Anyone know what the speed limit is outside Heuston station coming from Dublin City? A couple of days back, was driving out past Heuston and there was a long wheelbase van with blacked out back windows parked across from Heuston. I've a sinking feeling it's 30kph on that stretch until after the station when there's a 50…

I've a sinking feeling it's 30kph on that stretch until after the station when there's a 50 kph sign.

After you pass the tram lines, the limit goes up from 30kph to 50 kph.

Garda van was there yesterday - late afternoon.

As far as I recall they were parked on St John's Road (road running past Heuston Station) after the Military Road junction where the speed limit increases to 60 km/h.
