    Morning Folks,

    Wasn't sure where to put this but figured AH gets viewed the most.

    I'm really really bad with money and was thinking it'd be great to have one of those money boxes that you can't open without smashing just to throw cain and the odd note into.

    I'll probably end up doing a Homer and breaking it in the middle of the night for beer money but I'd at least like to try having one.

    Any idea where I'd get one? Not one that I can open, it has to be one that I'd need to smash to open.

    Can't believe as a gorwn adult I need to resort to this but hey..

    The € shops usually have the big tins that are sealed and you need a tin opener to open them.

    get one made and only open it in dec 2011. It would have to be made of steel so if you know any one handy who works as a welder.

    I don't know about the rest of you but I find it kind of ridiculous spending money on a piggy bank in order to save money. Just put it in a sock like any normal human being.

    If you are anywhere near a b and q. They have them there for 1.50. They do in liffey valley anyway. Metal kind that you will need to cut open.

    This might be a radical move on your part OP, but perhaps a savings account in a bank or credit union? ya know one of those ones that makes it tedious to take money out of (e.g. 7 day notice account etc..)

    Question ignored, but the reason for asking is that if you do, the extra few quid going towards that debt is a billion times more worthwhile than a bit of savings.
