I got an acre of moon land at christmas about 10 years ago from my sister, have posted about it before too. Considered selling but no one was savvy enough to make an reasonable offer.

Just so I get this straight:

- Someone set up a website selling parts of something that could never be rightfully owned or sold (moon in this case)
- selling parts to either totally stupid people or people willing to buy parts for a joke (stupid too)
- but since no one can actually own the moon, it is not illegal to sell so called parts?

So how much would it cost to buy the who thing?

I'd imagine this could be worth quite a bit in years to come. Is it for real If I bought a few acres of it would I legally own it. Could I charge people who visit it ect?

Are they not going to start flying to the moon for 500,000 or something? It not that expensive really for the rich and famous. They'll be building real fancy hotels then and what not on it. This could make millions in years to come.

I thought I remember hearing that America owns the moon so how is it being sold?
Was the moon landing even real? I just find it hard to believe that back in the 60's when they hadn't even got colour TV that they could get into the moon.
