Apple - Good customer service

    I recently experienced some good customer service from Apple and thought I should share it as it's rare good customer services gets noted

    Basically I had 2 pairs of earphones (the ones with the mic and the volume control) that went a bit wonky and were both less than a year old. So I rang them up and asked for replacements. The bloke (sounded American, is their support based there?) said no problem and said he's send out replacements right away. When I asked did he need to receive the broken ones back before he sent out the new ones, he said there was no need to send them back! Maybe he knew the quality of their headphones was crap and likely to break but I thought it was decent that he took me at my word and sent them out without proof that they were broken.
