I can't stop overthinking things. I don't mind school work I have to get finished I just can't cope with basic things like organizing to meet people or getting places. Even stupid things like how the window hinge works my head seems to get stuck on it and it won't stop. How do I stop getting so worked up about everything? Its really stressful and I end up feeling sick and can't sleep. :(

It's fairly normal. Perhaps taking an MBTI personality test will help you understand your temperament and why your mind works the way it does.

On a physical level, are you eating well? Sleeping well? Getting enough exercise? All of these things help balance your mood and may help you switch off your brain. Personally, I love running as it's just me in the physical sense, and I can stem my otherwise endless stream of thoughts while I'm out. Perhaps it may be beneficial for you too.
