Import Tax

    Will i get caught for import tax if i buy something from ebay in America?
    If i ask the seller to write on the import sticker that it is a gift will i get charged tax.
    The reason im buying it from America is no place i can find in europe has it. It is a replacement palm rest off my laptop as the left click button is gone. Its a common problem as loads of people have the same problem. But anyway i bought a replacement on ebay from england that was second hand and sure enough wasnt the left click the same on replacement i received. So some guy had this problem and changed his and the seller got hold of it and sold it. Im really thinking about sending it back for a refund.
