    Hi Guys,
I got a new headunit for Xmas - JVC AVX 830. double din.
It has a video in for a reversing camera so im going to install one.

Also im looking at putting in a reversing 'beeping' sensor.

    Any advice/ tips on installing?
Im looking on ebay for both and they seem cheap.
    Any recommendations?

    Sensor
List of Camera's - any idea's which one is best?

It seems i'll have to drill holes in my bumpers.
Im not mad on doing this...
    What do you all think?

    Thanks!

You have no other choise only to drill out holes for the sensors.
Did the correct size holesaw come in the kit..?

If the sensors match your paint colour then its a matter of drilling the bumper and feeding the cables in tru a grommet in the booth and soldering the + into your reverse light + feed and the - to the body earth.

This link will give you an idea where to drill the holes...just ensure theres nothing in behind the holes your drilling......:)

Don't buy a cheap kit either. Biggest mistake I made when I started installing/painting kits. The cheaper ones have a lower clock speed, so they don't check the distance as many times in a second. You have to reverse at a crawl for them to work at all.
