Anger Management

    Hi,

I have anger issues at times and drink tends to exacerbate those issues. It's not all the time just some of the time.

I know I really need to look at whether I should be drinking or not.

Anyway just wondering is there somewhere to go in Dublin to speak to somebody about my anger?

Will I have long to wait to see them?

Does it cost anything as I'm fairly broke?

    Thanks

I don't know if MOVE (Men Overcoming Violent Emotions) would be useful for you, as they focus on domestic violence.
