Yes but you shouldn't need to and why would you want to? So better answer might be NO

afaik most (if not all?) routers will be using Path Maximum Transfer Unit Discovery PMTUD so you will be using the optimal MTU anyway only problem is if you hit a router that doesn't do PMTUD and your MTU is higher than that router will allow - rare Black Hole Router situation.

If you want to know what your MTU is on the O2 network take a look at this but honestly don't go changing anything.

I've been looking at the MTU on the 3 network recently and its currently 1412 (was 1414 at one stage?).

So what makes you think the MTU is an issue? tbh its normally one of those things you leave well alone, its only an issue if there is something else on the network that is misconfigured.

What modem/router are you using and can you browse the internet OK otherwise?

    So your getting this error....
Your network does not have a sufficient MTU setting. Xbox LIVE requires a minimum MTU setting of 1364.

If you haven't looked up the problem at xbox support see here for some trouble shooting stuff to try.

If you are using a router of some form that might be causing the problem, but it would be unusual, if you can connect up a laptop you can check what the actual MTU is for the network with the info from my first link in my first reply.
