Cheapest Site for WAV downloads

Which music downloading site (eg. Beatport, Traxsource, Stompy etc.) is cheapest for .wav downloads? Beatport seems fairly expensive. From what I can see Stompy seems to be the cheapest but is it? It's hard to calculate with the prices in dollars. Junodownload doesn't have the particular track I want (Rainbow 95 by Mateo & Matos if you must know :)) so you can exclude that. I'm not interested in MP3 here, I get alot of tracks in MP3 but I like this alot so I want a WAV.
    Thanks in advance :D.

As said above, Audacity would be good for that. However wav takes up alot of space, if it's already in FLAC you could convert to another lossless format. Depending on what you need this for, if you have software that can't read FLAC, it might be able to read WMA lossless or the like. Might save you some disk space depending on what your needs are.

Anyway I wouldn't mind anyone answering my original question...

Jet Audio will burn FLACs straight onto a CD if that's what you need. It'll convert FLAC to WAV also.

Have a look in the iTunes preferences, if you change the import setting to import in WAV format, than an option should appear when you right click to convert any track to WAV.
