3 Mifi e5830 problem.

    Hey. Thought I might ask someone here before having to call 3 support, their dreadfull. yesterday I got a e5830 and connected it to my windows 7 laptop. The computer keeps saying the device is diconnected when I start the 3 connect program. I can connect to the wifi with the laptop and a HTC Desire but after about 5 mins the internet access goes even though the wifi and gsm signals are full bars. I just connected it to a windows XP desktop and the 3connect program recognised. Could someone point me towards a solution, been on google all day with no luck. Cheers.

    I have the same issue on the device not been found but it's caused by a 2.5m usb cable i use. Unplugging it and plugging it back in normally solves the issue but if the device is fully charged the it doesn't happen as much.
