Almera - diagnose my car troubles

(Car will obv be going into the garage as soon as it opens so I'm just looking for ideas for my own peace of mind in the meantime :D )

A few weeks ago the Engine Management light came on in my OH's 01 Nissan Almera. Garage diagnosed it as the o2 sensor & that was replaced. I was driving the car home late last night when the light came back on so I assumed the previous issue wasn't the sensor and made a mental note to book it back into the garage (had a similar problem in my own car a couple of years ago and it took a couple of visits to find the problem as the error code is not what you'd call specific lol). There were no issues with the car driving so I kept going.

About 20k later, getting to the end of the M3, the battery light & oil warning light came on too so I immediately pulled over and let the car sit for a while before checking the oil level which was nicely in the middle of the indicator thingy. Restarted the car & the only light to stay on was the EM light so I risked it & drove the remaining 6k home (it was the middle of the night & I'm a girl so I didn't want to walk!). Checked the oil again this morning & it's still pretty much bang smack in the middle.

Any suggestions as to why the battery light & oil warning light came on and then went off? I was going a steady 110-120kph for the majority of the trip home and there were no obvious signs of engine trouble etc. This is driving me mad as I can't figure out what might be the problem.
