NEW writers needed for Boxing website and magazine

    Guys, after six (what we consider) successful months we are going to make a big push in 2011 with Boxing-Ireland.com now that we have the name recognition.

    Firstly, we would love a bit of feedback on the site - what you liked and didnt etc.

    Also and more importantly we have been working for months on getting the first ever Irish boxing magazine up and running.

    We have put 1000s on man hours into the site without any return so far, but we need more manpower if we are to grow the project into something more and preferably with people with a love for the sport.

    Do you know any aspiring writers and reporters that would like to get involved.

    Or, can you help the site in any way - website design, video editing, photoshop, multimedia, copy editing, proof reading - etc etc etc

    until the operation becomes a commercial venutre then there isnt really any prospect of pay.

    but we can provide ringside seats and access to professional fighters as well as advice on articles and the experience of hitting deadlines etc.

    nowt really happens over the Christmas so we are having a break and building up a bank of material.

    Find the site good, articles are well written. Would like it to be more interactive, competitions, vote for best figter/fight etc also ranking of irish fighters would be good (updated regularly) could be based on boxrec or something. Invite readers to submit articles and publish the best ones. Keep up the good work, best of luck.

    A bit of both really.

    News, previews, interviews, news reporting, fight reports etc.
