Just staying ahead of the curve SJ, there's great value races out there week in week out, hosted by volunteers or clubs. I didn't enter a few expensive races I would have liked to do, on a point of principle. €20 for a (100%) charity race was the most expensive entry.
So you see, the fact that I'm a cheap ba$tard in real life has nothing to do with it, I'm just anticipating for the belt-tightening times a-coming. Call me a trailblazer, call me a hero, just don't call me when its my turn to get the drinks in:)0 -
