    Hi.

Anyone else having water problems in this area?

Couple of our neighbours are out of water since Christmas eve, I was expecting it back by this morning with the thaw.

Is it a bigger problem than just frozen pipes locally? Problem with mains? No one in council to answer a call.

    Thanks

So it's a mains problem that the council are working on?

Yep, the main issue for many people was not frozen pipes, but a lack of water pressure to get the supply to the houses. Two major mains breaks in the area dropped the pressure to a point were the water was not making it to the houses.
