Slipped/herniated disc and training

    I slipped my disc a week ago doing Squats, and the lower to mid back is sore when I arch it backwards. My neck muscles were also sore for the first few days aswell. I was just wondering has anyone else ever slipped their disc and what exercises could I do in the gym (that will not prohibit recovery) to not only help with recovery but also maintain my conditioning and fitness etc

    billyhead go see your gp and get your injury treated. Any exercise someone recommends here could possibly hurt you further.
