FBD, Open?

    Would anybody know if FBD are open.
    ringing them for accident assist and we are on hold, there is no message for opening hours.

    Was driving in my estate and car didnt take the corner ( at all ) and the frot smacked off the kerb, snapped the drive shaft and wishbone, now got two wonky wheels on a car on its way to Carlow on the back of a truck.

    Should be open. Accident assist is a 365 24/7 operation AFAIK. Could be a weather issue, high volume of calls etc.

    Add to that most likely under staffed due to the holidays

    EDIT: Bad luck on the car as well

    Hahahha... I love these.
    It's not a car. It's a driver who didn't take a corner. Car always does exactly what driver ask him to do. (except from very seldom circumstances when car brakes down).

    Tough luck with the car rameire, the current conditions I'd say have made the phonelines busy at the insurance companies.

    Theres no Insurance Comapny open today.Some offer a 24hr notification service (outsourced) but thats all it is a "notification service"

    You'll have to wait till the next working day I'm afraid.
