TB and Silencer on a GBB?

Can you fit a silencer (with adapter) onto a GBB? Are there different variables involved considerings its gas compared to an AEG? Can you fit a tightbore into a GBB? Does that also involve different variables compared to an AEG?

a tightbore will increase the fps a longer barrell would massivly increase fps
there are nice hop up upgrapes out there too
