How/Where would you get a 5 star hotel very cheap last minute

Looking at getting the parents something nice prob in London and would love to spoil them for a night

Type into google London hotels and usually in the first few links that come up there will be links to sites that offer discounted rates on hotels.

My Mum does it this way and always gets a great deal.

There is a website that offers great deals on 4-5 star hotels but you don't know which one it will be til you book and pay.
It will give you a general location etc but it's a mystery.
They say they offer great prices and top hotels as well.
