I have had the worst year of my life, and just before 2010 ends I am hit with more. Was in hospital I don't know how many times, had a nervous breakdown, hell in my job, lost one of my best friends, had my heart broke, and now to top it all off I am feeling so down the past week, just want to cry all the time, and the past few days have felt really suicidal as I am so down, its killing me. This is like being stuck in a hole trying to get out except its really hard to get out. I am on a severely strong dosage of anti depressants, but the past week they have not worked at all.

I'm writing here, as I really don't want to bother my friends, and my family would just tell me to "Cheer up". I just feel so alone, want to be by myself and cry. Would anyone have any advice or what I could do?

I am afraid we are not qualified to offer you appropriate advice; if your medication is not having the desired effect or are feeling suicidal you must tell a qualified professional.
