    I ate this veg many times in China but have no idea what its called or if its available here?

    Anyone here know what it is and if its available to buy here, its quite nice?

    Its Lotus root, as far as i can remember you can buy it in cans here. Check any asian food stores near you, and sometimes you can be lucky in Tesco!

    My OH tells me its lotus root, and can be got in Asian market on Drury Street (if you're in Dublin)
