just looking for some advice on the rms for this program, entered my current rms into the excel sheet, wrote down the numbers, did the first day.

I have to say i was under pressure alot more than i expected considering its suppoed to be backed off four weeks from my current 5rm.

should i drop the rms or risk it and work away and see if i stall in a couple of weeks.

naturally i dont want to waste my time and want the most out of my time and effort

Did you complete the reps? If so I wouldn't change a thing. I usually have to fight out the last rep or 2 on the heavy day, I suppose that's what makes you stronger. I also found it helped if I increased the rest between sets 4 and 5 to around 3 minutes.

The first day is the heavy day, ergo it's supposed to be hard. Day 2 will be easier and day 3 will be somewhere in between.
