Confused about funds Paypal held on to?

    6 weeks ago i sold a "non Tangiabhle item" to a person via Paypal it was a non refunable booking deposit on renting a property.

    The lady filed a claim for her money to be returned and i won the payment to be retained to myself.

    Then a few days later she appealed the decision by Paypal and i was notified in emails that the funds would be retained by Paypal until a 4 week period that expired on 21st December.

    Anyway my paypal account and credit cards are still not showing the funds being returned ot me and i emailed Paypal and the stated i won the appeal and funds would be put back into my account and that was a couple of days ago.

    So i am a bit worried now as still no sign o fht emoney returned ot my accounts, just curious has anyone else out there had a similar experiance? Seems to be held by paypal for an awfull long time now.

    the funds are probably held because a dispute is open.

    A month is a long time, id contact paypal and find out what the jazz is tbh.
