No effect, as far as I know. It will be fine once the thaw comes. But the weanlings shouldn't be let eat it when there's frost on the leaves - bad for their gut. I let them into a fresh strip in the afternoon once the sun has had a chance to work.

I've reduced the amount of kale the weanlings are getting, only moving the fence once a day, usually around midday. Putting a grab of maize in a ring feeder for them along with bbs.

If the seat's wet, sit on yer hat, a cool head is better than a wet ar5e.

was wondering about this the other day , you are not supposed to let cows out on frosty grass for some reason , so would the kale not be the same ?
