I'm wondering if I should move to some kind of intermediate program. Basically I weight about 68kgs (was under 9 stone when I started!) @5'10''.

My squat, DL and bench are 105kg, 135kg and 80kg respectively (all 3x5). I'm starting to find it seriously tough going though especially when squats and deadlifts are on the same day. Is it time to move to an intermediate program or am I just being a big girl?

I'd say my overall goal right now is to get to about 12 stone (10% bf), I'd also like to be able to bench 100kgs though.

I think it all depends on whether you are still making progress. Are you still adding weight every week or have you plateaued?

Bill Starr's intermediate 5x5 would be the logical pregression if you have stalled.

"Madcow" as mentioned above is a great intermediate program and there are excel files floating around that pretty much hand you the workouts once you plug in your numbers. You could also try Wendler's 5/3/1. Starting Strength is mostly about learning how to feel out fatigue, recovery, and your body than taking your lifts up. You've seen some great gains already but if you're ready to change up and aim for strength, these two are your best shot.
