I have an eotech 552 and I am having trouble with it
The reticle when it is turned on is a bit too high for my kwa m4
I have tried adjusting the elevation but than is doing much ( retake still does not go up or down)
I really need help with this so if you know how to fix this please let me know

    Thanks very much

There was a thread here a few months back on something similar. The gist of that thread was that the bolts for adjusting windage/elevation can sometimes come out of the relevant adjuster, it may be necessary to take the sight apart to try to re-engage the adjustment bolts.

Try adjusting the vertical and horizontal screws a little at a time,
even if you only want to adjust the vertical screw play around with the horizontal screw a little bit aswell and it might work...

This sounds rediculously random or untechnical, it may sound like pure horse poo but it worked for mine :P

Had a similar problem with mine and corrected it by taking it apart and reasembling it.

    Damn fiddly though.

If you don't want to crack it open and it stays on the one gun all the time, you could go the low-tech route of just shoving some shims under the back of it to angle the entire unit down a bit. Cut some bits of thin plastic (the likes of a blister pack that you probably threw away loads of on Christmas Day is ideal), loosen the screw and slide the plastic bits under the rear of the sight between it and the rail, then tighten it up again. You can adjust by adding more or taking some away. Might not work, but it's a pretty easy and quick attempt.
