Since having our second baby, my wife has become very depressed about the impact to her body and the weight she has gained.

Being only 5 foot tall and having 9 lbs babies caused a significant change to her shape and she is really self concious about it.

We are member of a local gym but she does not feel comfortable going there as she thinks she thinks everyone is 'staring at her'.

She used to go regularly before the babies and was very fit so I think she just needs to get started again to get her out of this slump.

It breaks my heart that she is so upset about it.

I was thinking that a personal trainer might be the best option to come to our house for a few months until she gets her confidence back.

Can anyone make any recommendations for trainers that will come to the Greystones area?

    Thanks.
