Vokera Boiler No Flame

    Hi All

Have a vokera boiler, was working fine last night. I don't use the timer, just turn it on and off when we need heat etc.

Turned it on this morning working fine heating rads etc making its normal kind of humming noise, then it went quiet and the flame has dissappeared. I have switched it off but can I take it that its not a good sign if the flame dissappears.

Am afraid to switch it on again.

    Thanks

Had a similar issue a few years ago with a Vokera. I had to get an engineer out in the end to replace a part and has worked fine since.

The flame wouldnt catch all the time but I kept trying and eventually (maybe 3 or 4 goes) it came on and the heating worked fine. Like you I only turn it on when I need it. Not recommending that to you but its what I did until it was replaced.

Ring them and try and get it done asap
