NCT paperwork requirements

    NCT requires

    1 registration certificate

    2vehicle registration book,

    3 licensing certificate

    I have 1. what are the other two or is it just different terms for the same document

    Registration certificate is what most of us have, that little paper fold out jobbie with the details of your car on it, registration book would be, I think, the old brown log book that some older cars still have. As for number 3, maybe applies to taxis or the like? But essentially, all the same thing I think.
