Hi all. Have interview in start January with UB.

Its written exam using Microsoft Word in which i will be given a scenario and will be asked to compose a response.

Does anyone have idea what this will involve? Fell comfortable using word just like know areas might relate too

    thank you.:)

I'm really not trying to be annoying and I sincerely wish you the best of luck in the exam but can I ask if the way you wrote your post there is how you normally write? Because your grammar was a bit poor.

Again I'm not pointing it out to be a grammar nazi but since your test is based on MS word you might want to brush up on it.

As for the test, I imagine it will be a role playing type scenario where you'll get an email with a problem and you'll be expected to formulate a response to deal with the situation. It shouldn't expect any technical expertise in terms of knowledge in the banking world but rather how you deal with problem solving and making decisions. The best advice I could give would be to use your head and a bit of common sense. Be honest in your answers. Deal with the problem how you think it should be handled and not how you think they would want you to handle it

    Best of luck :)

What area of the bank is the job in? A sales response would obviously be very different to that of a customer service employee.
