Gas Heating not working

    Gas heating is not working.

    The rads are not heating up. I have a Gas open fire in the living room which is working, but thats the only heat in the whole house.

    Pressure on the gas boiler is at 1bar.

    Have water upstairs in hot and cold taps, but down stairs only in cold tap.

    Water pressure seems to be poor enough.

    Toilets are flushing.

    Any solutions, help. Plumber suppose to come the last 2 days, wont answer his phone today to me. If and when he does come, hope his family doenst mind me sending him back to them in envelopes.

    Tank upstairs the problem, frozen pipes else where. How can i get water going again?

    Any help appreciated.
