Dog rescued From canal that was trapped on ice

Hey did you hear about the man that rescued a puppy that was trapped on some ice on a canal in town. He swam out and rescued the dog did anyone hear about this. Not sure where this happened but it was last week or the Friday before. Dog was saved. Rspca has him now and owner questioned by guards
