    I'm 20 years old.
I guess you could say I'm one of those people that just don't put on weight even after eating the whole of McDonalds.

When do men Start putting on weight if not doing so at the age of 20?
I'm not a twig either, have quiet a toned/Sporty Body.

You're not eating enough to put on weight, simple as. People do vary quite a bit as to how much they can eat without putting on weight, but not as much as you might think. I'm a lardass and it's because I eat a lot. What you would call "a lot" I doubt I would.

Anyway there's a few reasons why people start to turn a bit pudgier as they get older, but again the timing and strength of this change will vary from person to person. Falling testosterone levels can be one cause, a general reduction in activity etc. etc.

Its a natural thing happens as you get older.

Anyway not every 20 year old has finished growing which consumes huge amounts of calories.

To gain weight you have to be eating more food than you burn up.

To gain weight that makes you look good you should left weights and eat even more food.

I suggest you go with the second option. In 10 years time you won't have a problem putting on weight

I was the exact same, from 16-29 i was 10 stone. I ate what ever i wanted, loads of junk food thrown in, big portions but never put on a pick of weight until i turned 30. I am 31 now, up to 11.5, all in the belly and its a pain in the ass as i have got used to my terrible diet and lack of exercise. Id say you have a good ten years so enjoy it sir!

as others have said you are not eating enough, i was the same at that age. i was 21 , 6'1 tall and weighed 10.5 stone

im not 30, same height and 13 stone! i gained weight basically from having 3 full meals a day and snacks whenever i got hungry. i have a very fast metabolism so i eat loads. you have to have the meals at the same time every day though, having a quick sambo for lunch wont cut it. and for dinner you need 2-3 potatoes and plenty of milk

i work out now a lot so my frame at 30 is a hell of a lot hotter than when i was 21 :-)

I'm 6'1" and was 10 or 11 stone til about 21/22 now I'm 15 stone. I have a bit of a belly but only slightly, I started putting on weight when I started doing weight training and upping my protein intake, then when I lapsed in the gym I got a bit softer. I try and maintain a happy medium now but I fookin love beer.
