    Asked in my FB from a friend..
    remember the scene in the committments when they're in a roller skating bar 'rink' or what ever? where was that and do you have any idea what happened to it?

    Can anyone help?.

    The Olympic Ballroom, on Pleasant st (just off Camden st).
    it was gutted shortly after and turned into a Youth reach training centre or something to that effect.....

    aye, they did alot of shooting in that area, including the poolroom in the Palace (which wasn't the Palace at the time).

    that was the Old Deluxe cinema. the other gig scene when the drummer sorts out the two gangsters roughing up Jimmy was in Whelans.
