Anyone into these Bucktown legends? Started listening to Black Moon and Smif N Wessun last year. Recently checked out Sean Price, I can't get enough of them!

Been listening to BCC for a long long time now. Originally started listening to Black Moon when they dropped thier first album and hooked since then. They dominated for a while with Smif N Wessun, Black Moon, Heltah Skeltah, OCG, but it's when they started to push fringe artists through is when things went a bit stale. People like Illa Noiz and Representitivez where being pushed through but just werent ready, around that time as well the beatminerz where not being relyed upon for production as well, so they kind of lost thier sound.
Then there was legal problems, one or 2 of the lads from OGC where locked up, Buckshot wanted a different direction from what Dru Ha wanted as well I think. But in recent years they've been getting it right, mostly thanks to Sean P me thinks.
They also have one of the best posse cuts ever with Leflaur Leflaur Eskoshka.
An underrated collective album is For The People, well worth checking out.
