Possible cheap iPads in TK Maxx.

There are reports that TK Maxx in the UK are selling iPads with £100 off the RRP. So it is possible that it is the same case here in Ireland.

Now none of this has been confirmed, but it might be worth the look before throwing down the full price on an iPad.

TK Maxx in the US (TJ Maxx) were selling cheap iPads a few weeks back so could be possible.

Wouldn't surprise me as Refurbs have appeared on the Irish Apple Store in the past week or so. I wonder how TKMaxx will effect your warranty though? I'd doubt it will be much of a discount though.

Not in their Galway store anyway Aquos76, but I have seen official Apple accessories (earphones etc.) in TK Maxx though.

There is no reason why the Warranty would be effected. Apple products have a great Worldwide Warranty, and can check online the status of your Warranty. If your Warranty isn't correct online (which is possible when stock in a shop has been there for a while) all you have to do is send Apple your receipt for the product.

I was in Belfast TK Maxx on Thursday morning and there were five there. They took names and called back an hour later to collect.

They only had the 16 GB WIFI version and it was for £329.

It's very much hit and miss. There was a display set up as I walked in. The display was gone within half an hour.

€390 for an iPad is the level that I'd almost put as "worth it", so I might keep that in mind
