What do you think of it? I personally hate it, and i'd say most fellas do, but just put up with it to avoid the grief.

Don't mind it. I wouldn't be going trying to pull his hand out of his pocket or anything to make him hold my hand, if he wants to hold hands fine, if he doesn't fine.

I prefer to do it alone.

Me too, I find magazines help a lot, few web sites sometimes, depends on my mood!;)

I hate it when a couple are walking towards you holding hands on a footpath wide enough for about two people. I feel like just pointing my arms forward like a spear and running between them.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 17,689 ✭✭✭✭OutlawPete

    Love it.

I especially like to hold stranger's hands.

It annoys me. Especially when shopping cause I like being able to wander around.

Don't mind it really. If he holds my hand, fine. If he doesn't, fine. Never actually thought about it.

I'm a sap and really like holding hands. But so does my boyfriend so it's grand. This is what happens when you fall in love, you become a chump and little things like hand holding make your tummy tingle! :-/

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,241 ✭✭✭Auldloon

Can make walking difficult but I much prefer when she cups my genitals.

    or keep her hands warm..

or because her shoes are really high..

or she may be rather drunk..

That only happens when you're married and all the magic had gone from your relationship, you wake up every single day and think "what am I doing here? Would my life have been different if I left when I first thought about it all those years"...but you have to stay, you have to stay for the kids, and if you left, where would you go anyhow?

    mmmhh!..

    Reason for dots:

Once upon a time long long ago, my mobile was fecked. I couldn't type spaces when texting and for some reason the dots were used to replace the spaces. then I just got into the habit of typing in here with dots...

So in conclusion it is not meant to mean that there is more to come or that you are to wait for more...

    there is no more...

maybe I should go to PI too...

I have a problem with punctuation and holding hands...

    :D

EDIT: just noticed your cunningly disguised he he.... ;-)

Love it. Cant imagine walking with herself and not holding hands, it'd be just weird.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 6,995 ✭✭✭Sofiztikated

It depends. Most of the time, its ok.

Other times, she has a tendency to walk faster than I do, I'm a doddler, and she starts to pull me sideways, and I crabwalk. Annoys the hell out of me.

And her depth perception is crap. If we're walking towards someone/thing, she moves to one side, which would allow me to move past, except she doesn't move far enough, and I either walk INTO whatever it is, or have to stop, and end up doing the crabwalk again.

    Harumph, wimminz.
