    Hi Guys,
Does anyone know of any sprint clubs in Limerick?
Its been a dream of mine for a long time to run a proper 60/100metre race before im too old.
I am a student and tried the UL ac club but apparently they're mainly a middle distance club and had no coach for their sprinters.
Anyone got any idea's or know of anyone looking for a training partner?
    Thank you

Maybe try Limerick AC, from what i know - they've got a good bunch of talent there. Not sure what the story is with sprinters over there but no harm.

There's also Bilboa AC in the county.

Might be better posting this over in the athletics forum as many posters there in the know

Lots of sprinters on UL 400m track training often so one of the clubs may cater for you, don't think West Limerick AC would but they have track training every tuesday on the track at 6.45pm - maybe ask for Joe Chawke, he could probably send you in the right direction if the other avenues don't bring anything up

Look for Brendan Bourke, he is back in UL and is a very good sprinter.
