Have decided to buy the Samsung UE46C6000 LED TV for x-mas. Is there anything else I need besides the actual TV to make sure it works for x-mas morn. Or is it just a matter of plugging the tv ariel into the back of it and off I go.

I only have RTE, Network 2, TV3 and TNaG at the moment. Dont have sky or a satallite dish or anything like that, just the ariel from the roof with the above channels. So if i stick the ariel into it will I get these channels??

    Damien

I assume this is a follow up to your previous thread - http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=2056115927.

If so, you should also get the 6/7 Saorview channels in Thurles. There may be an option during setup to install the analogue and digital channels.

It's an aerial, ariel is a washing powder.

It needs to be a UHF type, probably is for TV3 and TNaG, but some people have put with poor pictures on these with a VHF aerial.
