Treated myself a 48deg wedge the other day as i was in a market for a gap club for some some!!! Now after playing a few rounds with it, i have to say "what a club"...so easy to use. Gosh should have got this years ago...

Does anybody have any same feeling when they hit a Titleist wedge? Surely this has to be the best wedge club.

Also have 3 titleist woods and a set of ap2's....and a titleist bag.

    What?! They produce amazing stuff.

Guess what ball I play with?

Its all subjective I guess, I have the Cleveland CG15 wedges and swear by them, have a 54 and 58. I know someone who has a wedge they picked up for 20e in some sports shop and is brilliant with it and wouldnt swap it for the world

Couldn't agree more, tried a taylor made previously and there is no
comparison to the level of confidence I have with the vokey in my hand.

i have 2 of them (looking for a third to make a set) and have always reccommended them.
however, i tried one of those yes! wedges recently and they could become a serious compeditor with titleist

Hey OP,do you not have a PW in your set,my PW is 47 deg's,52 deg gap wedge.............

i had a few vokey's,liked them but imo in terms of balance and weight combined with a super shaft the new Callaway Jaws wedges give a bit more feel,

ok maybe a silly question, but just so I know!!! In a standard golf set, is a PW = 52 deg and SW = 56 deg??? The degrees are not engraved on my clubs!

A PW could be anything around 45 to 48 degrees, gap wedge around 50 to 54 degrees. SW i suppose then could be considered then 56 degrees and up.

My pw is 45 deg at the moment...its the only one that have a crack along the face so its a club that i dont use it. So got a gap wedge closer to it...will prob get a 52 and 56...get rid of my sw and lw as they are clubs that i dont normally use alot.
