Ye it's pretty good, if you like trading. Combat in it is pretty poor though, saying that its not a major part of the game. I enjoyed it the few times I played it, but it can get old pretty quickly. Worth it if you see it going cheap.

Saw it for 42 so not quite that cheap ,is it similar to anno 1404?is it better?
