    People be aware vodafone can open an account in your name if you show photo ID in the store, they do not need signed contracts. They got my details from my home broadband and insist that when I showed photo id that that was agreeing to a contract.

    Sorry, I think we will close this particular thread on the basis that while it may be the case that some confusion arose in terms of what was being offered, accepted, agreed and what consideration passed in order to form a contract (or not). Having a go at a company here in terms of allegations of impropriety should not be allowed.

    Take it up with them.
