Does anyone know if Cafe Fresh provide the ingredients or do you have to bring your own? do teh students get to cook or do we just watch the teacher?

I think you might be watching Mary cook, but that everyone tastes it afterwards. But if you'd like to email her and ask I'm sure she'll let you know how it goes (I've never been on the course myself).
