16 Favourites of 2010

This was a thread last year that I thought should be updated now we're nearing the end of 2010. I'll just copy and paste the detail from it for this thread.

Your 16 favourites of 2010 gathered into a flickr set or pix.ie equivalent. If you want to list it here then DO NOT list all 16 images, you can create a SINGLE image 4x4 mosaic of thumbnails in boards approved format ( < 800 on a side ? ).

The mosaic should link to a flickr set or pix.ie equivalent with all the 16 in it.

This is a simple way to do them. Flickr users can just put 16 images into a set, or tag 16 images with something and create it automagically. pix.ie users will have to manually enter the URLs all 16 images. Save it off and resize it as above.

Great idea and brilliant entries so far.

Now the bad bit - I cant get this to work for me, I follow the link, put in my links to the 16 imgaes then press create and then............... nothing

What am I doing wrong? Is there a similar site that I could try?

I couldn't do it either (copying links from Pix.ie). So I displayed each image at 800 on pix.ie, saved to a folder then uploaded to the mosaic site and it worked.

The site had been a bit off when I was using it to create mine, it took a few attempts for it to not crash. It didn't used to be like that, maybe it's just a bit dodgey this week.

Thank you. They're from Flickr though so I'm not going to unwatermark client work. All web versions are saved that way.
