Problems with 02 my account app.

    Anyone having a problem with the new 02 my account app.
    The app doesn’t display my all my account allowances. It indicates they are unavailable.
    It only displays webtexts and data allowances. If I turn on the Badge icon it will display the correct minutes/text amounts left.
    I’m on simplicity 100 if that make a difference, so is my GF who is having the same problem.
    I can check on the 02 website with no problems. I posted on the 02 forum but I didn’t get anywhere.
    I tried all the standard tips and trick of reinstalling, hard resets etc.
    Failed to load the poll.
