    Hey all,

Just a question to see if any of you have had the same problem as i have now. I ran Dublin marathon back in October, followed by a 10k xc in november and my knee hasn't felt normal since then. I've booked into see a Physio next week to see what the problem is. Basically my left knee feels stiff all the time. Its not sore when running but really stiff when sitting down for long periods of time and stiff after a nights sleep. It just doesn't feel right . Anyway as i said gonna see a physio next Monday(SO NOT LOOKING FOR MEDICAL ADVISE) but would be interested if anybody has had the same problem at all??

    Thanks
    FA

mod Sorry Alan, this is the sort of thing covered under the "no medical" part of the charter. If you need to see a professional to diagnose the problem, no-one on the internet can know if they had the same problem. Thread locked, I'm afraid /mod
