Certain live acts secure their place in techno folklore, Cisco Ferreira aka The Advent is one of those names...Sometimes to make near perfection better you need to add a certain something. That something is Cisco’s production partner Ricardo Rodrigues aka The Industrialyzer. For our 1st Birthday we are more than proud to bring you The Advent Vs The Industrialyzer. This is the Irish debut of the guys together in what promises to be a night full of surprises with loads of fresh material from the pair. We felt we had to have a special venue for a special gig and we will be making the second debut of the night with Tenth popping its Twisted Pepper cherry. Don’t worry it’s straight to the basement to give the techno bunker the proper treatment.

The Advent(Cisco Ferreira) has played a big part in the creation and development of techno from the very beginning. His sound and passion continue to push him to the forefront today. A pioneer of the live set, this pioneer hasn’t let up. Cisco continues to produce with as much passion and frequency as he did back in the day. His releases on Labels Like Tresor, Rotation, Electrix, Kanzleramt, Dj Gigolos, Pure Plastic, Synewave plus many more is just another example of his ongoing pursuit to keep making music and pushing techno to new boundaries.
Not to mention dropping techno gold on his own Kombination Research. Current as ever, All the way to 2010 Cisco’s productions make it into many a techno fiends’ bag.

...No need for introduction when it comes to Industrialyzer. First let’s introduce the music. Together with The Advent he has put his sonic stamp on the techno world. His productions speak for themselves. The proof, if needed is in the live show. His sound could be described as stripped back, but dirty and fast, heavy but clean and bursting with crazy production and musical ideas. Since 2007 with Cisco The Industrialyzer has released on the crème de la crème of today’s techno imprints. With releases on Drumcode, MBElektronics, Kombination Research ,1605, Bush records, Credo, Mote Envolver, and patterns to name a few, and remixes notched up for Umek, Green Velvet, The Advent, Pig & Dan, Alex Bau, A.paul .... The list goes on. All this combining to show his wide diversity in sound... Together they form the live act on many techno fans’ lips. The Advent & industrialyzer...
